Along Came A Spider
18 x 24 Acrylic painting on stretched canvas. Yes its a little freaky. I meant to do that. This is part of a series I was exploring about phobias. Arachnophobia is pretty interesting as an art subject. I tried to think about it from the spiders point of view. The poem, Little Miss Muffet is referred to in the titles to give you a sense of order to the series. However, please enjoy them in any way you prefer. I’m still working on one for the first line; haven’t found an appropriate tuffet to use as a reference, so you know what that means…I’m gonna have to pop one out of this imagination of mine. Stay tuned!
