Neuro What?
…journey into learning about neurographica.
Recently, I started a journey into the process of learning about neurographica. I was searching for a productive way of dealing with the negative energies that were blocking my creativity. Being joyful begins with feeling joy from within. Our challenges impact the way we feel, and that feeling gives off energy. Our current political situation is a bit scary isn’t it. During my research, I discovered neurographica and it has made a world of difference in my creative productivity.
Neurographica is a drawing method used to shift our beliefs and mindset. Algorithms used in the drawing process inspire creativity and imagination. They help you to recognize patterns or hidden obstacles, and to try different steps to find a creative solution.
As you may know, my art is about sharing whimsy and joy with the world through my paintings. During the process of creating neurographica drawings, I rediscovered my joy. It had a healing effect on my energy and fed my soul, allowing me to discover new ways of dealing with my reactions to negativity.
Because of my positive reaction I enrolled in several courses to study and learn a more in-depth approach to this method. I’m almost finished with my courses and will soon be a Certified Neurographica Specialist!
I invite you to join me on this journey. I’m compiling a list of people interested in taking a workshop with me once I’m certified. Please reach out to me and I’ll provide you with more information on *workshop dates. *For my amazing supporters and followers, I am offering a FREE session with me after I receive my certification. I can think of no better way to share my whimsy and joy with you (next to my paintings, of course)!

Not gonna lie, that was a little intimidating for me! (and as you’ll read also included many teachable and laughable moments)
Hello again! It’s been a busy summer of art making, exhibits, teaching and sharing my love of artistic exploration with you all! My students have explored new ways to use alcohol inks, had lessons in watercolor, pastel painting, acrylic painting technique and plein air painting. (Check out student Shari F. Lemons acrylic painting below) In between teaching, I’ve delved into the world of live Facebook videos! Not gonna lie, that was a little intimidating for me! (and as you’ll read also included many teachable and laughable moments)
In one of my first FB live videos my camera/phone popped right off the try-pod! It was pretty funny and taught me to make sure that lil sucker is in there correctly! Oh, and cleaning the camera lens, yup, that’s a thing you should do BEFORE you go live. sigh. You can’t make this stuff up. If you’d like a good chuckle go ahead and check em out on Facebook. You’ll find them in my group, links will take you there: https://www.facebook.com/groups/evahunterartstudio Eva Hunter Art Studio FB Group
