Apple Valley/Howard, Ohio Here We Come!!

Oh my, it’s getting close to move out day! It’s sad to see this beautiful studio empty; actually, it’s filled with moving boxes! The art is off the walls, and all packed up. All the art mediums and supplies are buried in the stacks of boxes that currently hold the tools of a working artist. The printers are offline, added to the growing collection of our boxed up worldly items.

Saying good-bye to friends is bittersweet. For the last, um, years; it’s been a long time! Eva has offered group lessons at The Art Store and on August 8th, she taught her last two classes there. Teaching and sharing her tips, tricks and methods is such a pleasure and she will miss you all. Thank you to Jojo at the Art Store for his encouragement, enthusiasm and support! A big thank you to everyone who has taken Eva’s classes over the years!

In studio classes are suspended for a little while and will resume once we’re settled into our new home. Eva plans on offering online classes through her website portal, so keep an eye out for them!

Eva held a big sale and studio party on Aug 15th. Thank you to all our friends and students who came out to say good-bye. It was such a bittersweet time, to chat, catch up and share memories with you all. Oh my gosh, the tears were rolling! Thank you for the amazing hugs! It is such an awesome feeling to know that my artwork now lives in your homes! Words cannot express the depth of gratitude and feels that are happening right now.

There is still much to do and packing to finish before the movers arrive (Oct 12th!) in the meantime, visits are welcome, coffee/lunch dates are accepted, the phone still works and you can never give or receive too many hugs!!
